Reach Out
by Barbara Philbrook

There is someone who needs the same love and strength that our Father has given to you,
and perhaps they haven't learned that the Father's love is true.

So won't you take the initiative and guide him to the "Lord's Holy Word,"
and the most beautiful Love Story ever heard.

Tell of the Savior's journey and what he left behind,
tell of the pains he suffered so that salvation would be what  we would find.

Explain the teaching he did before going to Calvary,
and how we too can teach so others the truth will see.

Show in the Bible how we are promised a comforter would arrive,
thereby assuring us that through this life's trials we will survive.

Tell with a heart filled with joy how we were loved before we were even born,
and that a Christian's countenance should not be forlorn.

You can assure them that the Bible tells us to seek and we will find,
and how when we invite God to he will open eyes that once were blind.

Share the joy of knowing that this life is not all there is ever going to be,
and introduce them to the Father The Son and The Holy Spirit all three.

Yes Reach Out that is the order of the day,
for if you do not then some lost soul may drift away.
