Trials are character building lessons you see,
they make us into the very best we can be.

Each time we are tested and make the grade,
new Creatures for God's kingdom are made.

From those trying times, lives are built anew,
and God can use the new creatures He made out of me and you.

By going through the tests and trials that come our way,
we are strengthened so we may serve God when He needs us one day.

The Holy Word promises us no more than we can bear,
Jesus said He would send a comforter, our troubles to share.

God's grace is sufficient to see us through,
This is a promise God made to me and you.

Call on me and I will hear your voice,
a promise God made to all who have made the choice.

If God be for you, whom shall you fear?
No one and nothing, for our God is near.

What can separate us from God's precious Love?
Nothing of this earth nor anything from heaven above.

God gave His word and He does not lie.
On each promise He's made you can forever rely.

So count your Blessings no matter what appears to be.
Soon Jesus will come and take us all home for eternity.

God promises He will hear whoever on His name will call.
