I interceded for you today,|
I asked God to heal you as I knelt to pray.

I asked God to send you His Healing Touch,
because as you know I love you so much.

Of course I prayed God's will not my own,
just as the Holy Word so clearly has shown.

Our Father intervenes when we are insufficient in any way,
if we present our desires as we kneel to pray.

Matthew 18:19 assures us what God will do,
whenever what's requested from Earth is agreed on by two.

It does not say the request must be made by multitudes you see,
the number is two that's you and me.

Jesus says such a request will be fulfilled by His Father above,
what an awesome God what an act of love.

I know you too want this healing touch,
you can then testify how you've escaped  from death's clutch.

We are to present our requests then to believe,
by doing this the healing you'll receive.

We know our belief is a gift from the Father,
not due to any of us having tried any harder.

We read by His Stripes we are healed,
and I just wanted you to know I sent Him my appeal.
