Thank You Lord for this beautiful new day,
Thank You Lord for teaching me how to pray.

Thank You Lord for loving me,
Thank You Lord for opening my eyes that they may see.

Thank You Lord for the salvation plan,
Thank You Lord for sending The Holy Spirit as a helping hand.

Thank You Lord for the trials through which we must go,
Thank You Lord for allowing us to grow. 

Thank You Lord for the pain and the strife,
Thank You Lord for adding character to my life.

Thank You Lord for the privilege to call you " Father Above",
Thank You Father it is undeserved it took great Love.

Thank You Lord for cleansing my heart,
Thank You Lord for the promise that once we invite you in a new work in us you would start.

Thank You Lord for providing all of the faith that I need,
Thank You Lord because in the beginning I doubt my faith was even the size of a mustard seed.

Thank You Lord for the promise that we'd one day live with you,
Thank You Lord for allowing me to put my thoughts into verse may they bring honor and glory to you.

Thank You Lord for the privilege to serve you on this earth,
Thank You Lord for the feeling that my efforts to honor you are of some worth.

Thank You Lord for the words and thoughts you supply,
Thank You Lord for considering me of some worth help me to always on your love and strength totally to rely.

Thank You Lord for allowing me in this world  to live,
may this meager attempt at a testimony I make help at least one soul a decision their heart to give.
