We Are All Born
by Barbara Philbrook

We are all born into this life,
and we all have a share of trial and strife.

We are all born with a face.
It is up to us to put our expression in place.

We are all born with a threshold for pain and agony.
It's different in each of us you see.

We are all born with a capacity to love,
and it up to us whether we accept more from above.

We are all born with the stain of sin,
which we can be cleansed of by allowing Jesus in.

We are all born with some bad and some good.
It is up to us to accept salvation as we should.

We are all born with the same opportunity,
to see what God is offering to humanity.

We are all born with a choice to be made.
A fact since before the foundation of this world was laid.

We are all equal in our Father's eyes.
He hopes we'll see the truth and our choice will be wise.

We can all seek and find out what is true.
It is my prayer that this is what you will do.

We are all born and must one day face our Savior.
May He say to you "well done" for your behavior.
