We gather together to share in the sorrow,
we gather together to look toward heaven's tomorrow.

Not all of us have suffered this intense pain,
but we can offer our condolences just the same.

We can fall on our knees before God above,
and ask Him to bestow on you peace from above.

Some can only imagine the suffering you are going through,
but praying for you is something we all can do.

We gather together to offer you before our loving Father above,
we do this through His compassion and love.

Please know you are on each and every heart today,
as we all bow our heads humbly to pray.

"Father, You do know the pain, You went through it for us before,
please give those suffering a peace that will last forevermore.

We may not understand all that has occurred,
but we can find solace by searching in Your word.

Thank you Father for telling us of heaven's tomorrow,
it gives us the strength to face today's painful sorrow.
