We Serve A Risen Savior
by Barbara Philbrook

We serve a risen Savior who could not be held in a grave.
He gave His life so all who want He could save.

He paid for our sins with His own life on the cross,
because He desired that not even one would be lost.

He returned to the Father on the heavenly throne,
and desires that every soul on Earth this truth be shown.

We are the messengers that carry the word,
to all men who have not already heard.

We are to share the truth and offer them the choice.
It is up to them to say it with their own voice.

Sow the seeds, sow them well.
We mustn't allow any to be lost in hell.

Everyone must hear so they will know.
There are two choices either above or below.

Take your place, do your part.
Tell the world Jesus wants to live in their heart.

They have the very same choice as you and I,
and none of us know when we will die.

We serve a risen Savior and must spread the word,
to all the poor souls who haven't yet heard.
