Your Will
by Barbara Philbrook

May it be your will not ours Lord is what we pray,
may our lives be lived according to what you desire from us each day.

May the thoughts we think be ones that bring honor and glory to thy precious name,
may the things you desire from us and the things we do be the very  same.

May the actions we take make others know that you offer them salvation by grace,
may others see a reflection of your love when they look on our face.

May the intentions that you have for the world in this it's last phase,
be in some way enhanced and bring You much honor and praise.

May those of us who have made the choice and are secure in our salvation,
share with others the good news and offer them an invitation.

May the love we offer and the invitations we extend,
be so spiritually filled that everyone who hears will come home in the end.

May our hearts be so surrendered and indwelt by  you,
that everyone we meet is persuaded that salvation is the thing they want too.

May the sadness that is so prevalent in the world during this the last days,
be the catalyst by which we can share with others why we feel You deserve Honor and Praise.

May the pain and suffering endured by so many who are feeling rejected and alone,
be the motivation by which we can introduce them to a love greater than ever before known.

May the tendency to share what is good honest and true,
be so instilled in us that we attract millions more to you.

And when at last we are all home spending eternity with You,
may we never forget the love given to us and forever pay the homage that's due!
