There is no "right and wrong" voting however all pages voted on MUST follow the GeoCities content guidelines! Community Leaders will vote on each page using a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest and best score). Please base your vote on the overall content and design of a site, and do judge each site individually not against one another!
