Well 1999 is half over and I am almost done with school. I offically finish at NAU in December, to return to Tucson, Arizona where I will be student teaching. For those that don't know what student teaching is, it is a process that college students go through in order to become a real school teacher. I will student teach in January 2000 with a Kindergarten Classroom. From there skies the limit.
I hope to be teaching somewhere in Arizona, preferrably in Tucson, the 2000-2001 school year. I would love the chance to actually have a Kindergarten Class of my own, but you have to take the job that is given to you. I'm soooo excited and scared too!!
Last summer I had the adventure of a lifetime when I saw a real bottle nose dolphin up close and personal!! I went to Las Vegas, Nevada for the first time and had the chance to visit the Mirage where they have a real dolphin aquarium. (Check out the link!!!) I have to admitt it was a bit sad to see these precious creatures caged up. Well I am going back again to Las Vegas this summer!!!
While in Las Vegas, I also went to the Gallarie Lassen. For those of you that don't know, that is one of the world wide galleries to the world famous Marine Biologist Artist Christian Riese Lassen!!! If you haven't checked it out already, go to my homepage home and click on his link! You won't regrett it.
Children have inspired me to go above and beyond. This new page is dedicated to all the children that signed my guestbook at The Original Sara's Dolphin Zone, and the adults too :-) If it wasn't for you the homepage would of went down long ago!! I look forward to many more years and many more cheers!! Thanks Kids!!
Love, Sara-The Dolphin Princess Herself
