Gooey Sausage Manicotti

1 box manicotti shells (14 count)
1 (8oz pkg)block mozzarella cheese
1 (8oz pkg)shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg (14 count)breakfast sausage links
1 (26oz jar)spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. While the noodles are cooking, brown sausage links in skillet. Set on a plate to cool. Drain noodles and rinse with cool water until able to be handled. Slice block cheese into 14 strips. Place one piece of cheese and one sausage into each manicotti noodle. Place a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a large glass baking dish (11x19 inch works nicely). Place stuffed manicotti in pan and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 5-7 people.
