I am not a wealthy man
I work to earn the roof and food
Our earthly
bodies need
More wealth than that I do not want
For I have souls to feed.
My wife and I--We do our best
To raise the chidren
right
To know the value of the sun
To treasure
stars and night
We teach them of the birds that fly
Of the Earth
and Sky above
We teach them of our gifts from God
the best of witch is Love
Of wealth we teach them little
For it's a curse we
do not bear
We teach them to earn what they need
The rest is there to share
The greatest lesson I have learned
In appreciating
God's many gifts
I'd rather be a Rich poor man
Than wealthy...with none of this
