She Weeps
She Weeps
by Katherine DeMille

In early life she greatly sinned
But that's forgiven now
She put her faith and love in Him
Made promises she keeps
She weeps

For years she was ill untill He came
She walked behind and touched His robe
Faith had healed her in His name
A faith she always keeps
She weeps

She hadn't known the joys of a man
Yet she bore a Son to God
He traveled and preached accross the land
A mother's love she keeps
She weeps

She weeps because of His shame
She weeps because of His pain
She weeps because of His death

She keeps her promise
She keeps her faith
She keeps her love
On the third day He lives again
The tears of joy
She weeps
