Well designed with high-quality graphics. Graphics must be original and creaative. You do not have to design them yourself but they must be different from most sites!

Quick load time. This really counts on this award!

Use of height/width tags is required.

No broken images or dead links. None.

Originality! Creativity! Make me say WOW! Graphics and content should both be above average.

Easy navigation!!!!!!!

No annoying pop-ups or java script errors.

Please do not go overboard on the java applications.

1 or 2 animated gif's are fine. Too many take to long to load. And I am a very impatient person!

Watch for spelling, grammer, etc.
