Note: Lord Hugh Bardolf, in the 2nd of His Majesty Edward I, 1295, had summons, with other eminent persons, to attend the King, to advise upon the affairs of the realm and was subsequently summoned to parliament as Baron Bardolf, from the 6th of February, 1299, to the 2nd of June, 1302. His Lordship, who was employed in the French and Scottish wars of this reign, died in 1304.
