There is a bad odor in my garbage disposal. like rotten potatoes. I have tried baking soda, bleach, and grinding up fresh lemons. The odor is still there. Do you have a suggestion? thank you. Jane.

Answer: I suggested that vanilla essence is good for absorbing odours, but make sure it is the real thing not imitation vanilla, as it does not work as well.

To make your silver gleam, rub with damp baking soda on a soft cloth. Toothpaste rubbed on silver with a soft, damp cloth also shines it up.
