RubyRed's Flower Garden Roll down the page and take a stroll thru my sister's garden. Hollyhocks blooming profusely alongside the old chicken coop. There is something about flowers that just appeals to me..... or maybe a lot of things; the colors, the fragrance, the sense of peacefulness they give me..... A Rustic Planter Complete with birdhouse, and often alive with our winged friends. Of course it takes quite a while to grow a lovely flower garden, and varieties of flowers come and go as the seasons progress, so come back often because later on I'll be featuring a whole new set of photos from my own garden. Wildflowers abound around a rustic mailbox near the quiet country road that winds past my sisters home. July, and the flowers have never been lovlier. All of the flowers currently featured on this page are growing in my sister Jeanette's garden in eastern Iowa. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did..... and YES I took the pictures myself!!
