        ~~~ The Hilltop Church ~~~
        The path is still familiar though the vines are growing wild,
        and moss obscures the cobblestones I walked on as a child,
        across the wooden footbridge above the stream,
        long since run dry, I can see it in the distance
        like a ghost against the sky,
        the paint is old and faded and the roof is falling in,
        planks of plywood cover up where stained glass once had been,
        it seems like not so long ago I found some solace here,
        when love was overflowing and music filled my ears,
        now the years pass by in silence and the still, small voice is still,
        so I long for days that might have been had I never left this hill.
        In His Daughter, Donna's Words:
        It was a honor to have my daddy as my own.... He was a big part of my life and I was his.... He was there for all of his family through thick and thin. He will be sadly missed with every passing day. But I know that he is with he Good Lord up above....We love you.
