Dakota was born to Timothy and Shelia (Storm) Belk on December 1, 1991. He has 2 brothers, Joshua and Dylan, and 2 sisters, Casey and Ashley, who miss him very much. He is survived by his grandparents, Lela Howell, Russell and Barbara Howell, and Betty Coleman. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby Ray Belk. |
