Tara's Silver Award Project!

      The girls of Cadette Troop #8 of Utah are working with Tara on their Silver Award project. The project is making baby quilts for the Brigham City Womans shelter and for the Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. The girls have just started working on this coveted Girl Scout award.

     These girls will be the first TROOP in the Northern Bear River Valley to receive the Silver Award.   They are gathering quilt squares from all over the US and Canada and hope to make 7-10 quilts.   They invite all Girl Scouts from around the world to donate a quilt square for this project.

The fun has begun!
