A photo of it graces the local island map. The lighthouse is found at Lighthouse Point, in the Our Lucaya resort complex. There is a candy-striped lighthouse at High Rock, about five miles east of here.
We enjoyed our trip to the island, particularly the snorkeling.Grand Bahama Island seems a little more laid back than the bustling Paradise Island scene, and the people we met while there were gracious hosts.
