Spectrum Cats

You wait for hours in the clearing and are eventually lulled to sleep by the sounds of the woods and the gentle breeze. You awake and feel something warm on your chest. You look up and see a strange greyish cat, an eerie creature. It is sleeping and breating at the same rate you are. You reach up to grab the cat, but it hops off your chest and walks casually into the woods. You stand up and follow, but the cat is gone. Disappointed, you turn back to the clearing. When you get there, you grab the leash and pet carrier--but the carrier feels heavy. You look inside and see the odd cat resting inside with the door closed.
