iv) development of Mapper runs for the input and keying of maintenance

Job Duties:
i) Installation of the customer information system,
ii) Lead User Analyst for installing the PeopleSoft general ledger system
(project started Spring, 1994, and go live was Jan, 1995).
a) helped determine and set up all PeopleSoft setup tables, trees,
allocations,
b) development of financial statements on PS/nVision,
c) development of basic PS/Queries for our ChartFields, journal tables,
and ledgers.
d) PeopleSoft Training .
i) Development of how-to classes for field personnel.
ii) Development of PS/Query classes
iii) Development of PS/nVision classes.
f) served as a "help desk". I screened all problems to see if I could
solve them, before presenting them to the information systems
department, or the PeopleSoft help line after we went live in
January 1995.
g) gave the accountants individual assistance in developing ad hoc
reports and financial reports needed for their individual jobs.
h) I assisted in the installation of version 5.01 upgrade of PeopleSoft.
I checked the loading of the database for accuracy, and re-esta-
blished certain options.
1997 to Present Litton Enterprise Solutions, 1500 PRC Drive, McLean, Virginia

Client: Hilton Hotels Inc. from Apr. 1997 to Dec. 1998.
Corporate Implementation (Version 5.0, go live Nov,
1997)
a) Did all table setups on the database
b) Developed procedures and mapping for the
conversion of their data from their legacy
system to the PeopleSoft system.
c) Developed testing procedures
d) Developed a training class for General Ledger
for Hilton employees.
e) Developed nVision, Query, Crystal reports for
user's.
f) Provided Production Support after they went live
in Nov, 1997.
Hotel Implementations
g) Helped with the conversion of 20 of the Hotels
controlled by the Phoenix Central Accounting
Office (Spring 1998).
h) Provided Production Support at the Phoenix
Central Accounting Office for the first group of
Hotels that went live.
i) Helped with the conversion of Anaheim Hilton
(Fall 1998)
Customized Systems
j) Assisted in the development of a customized
system for tracking Travel Agents Commissions.
Developed Crystal Reports for this system.
Other Projects
k) Sybase Testing – provided assistance at Hilton,
testing a newly installed upgraded Sybase.
Client: Sterling Commerce, Columbus, Ohio from Apr. 1999
to Oct. 1999.
a) Provided Production Support for AP and GL at the
Corporate Offices.
b) Re-converted the Corporate PeopleSoft General
Ledger from one database to a different database.
The new database was based on different tableset
sharing and chartfields. These changes were
determined to be needed when decided to go live
with two new divisions. (Converted from version
7.0 to 7.52)
