Briar is typical of the style of males that we like to produce. His attributes are: Excellent shoulder, tight feet, good pasterns, strong back, beautiful croup, excellent pigment and color, dark eyes, good bone. He has produced beautiful plush coats when bred to bitches lacking in this area. A strong masculine head and depth of body add to the picture. His movement is effortless and outreaching. An excellent stud dog and produces puppies with many of his attributes. He is has been x-rayed by the University of Guelph and has an OVC number certifying him free of Hip Dysplasia.

Briar is linebred Beau 11.51% and comes from a very strong producing bitch line. Structure, health, intelligence and longevity are our goals. Aside from his physical and mental attributes he is an absolute joy to live with.

While we are waiting for him to mature, we have started some obedience with him. He has successfully passed his problem solving/memory retention tests and shows a willingness to learn his obedience lessons.
