To print just one recipe, select the desired text by clicking and draging your mouse to highlight. Right click the selection and click Copy. Now open up a text editor, such as Note Pad and paste the text into it, by right clicking in the blank open window and selecting Paste. Click on File in the Note Pad tool bar and select Print!

*Peach Cobbler*

Peach Cobbler (Crock-Pot)

3/4 cup All purpose baking mix (Bisquick)

½ cup packed brown sugar

½ can evaporated milk

2 tsp. margarine or butter, melted

3 large ripe peaches, mashed

3/4 tsp. Cinnamon

Lightly spray crock-pot with non stick cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine sugars and baking mix. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir. Pour in margarine and milk, mixing well. Mix in peaches and cinnamon, until well combined.

Pour into crock-pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, high 3 to 4 hours.

Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream.
