1. Both you and your best friend must have a Best Friend's graphic on your pages, linking to each other's page.

2. Both of you must have a Best Friend's Site graphic with a  link back to this page!

3. Both graphics must be on the same page, so people know where to join.

4. One of you must fill out my form and submit it to me.

That's all there is to it! I will periodically check all links to be sure both pages are still running, and that the graphics are still in place. If you want to move the graphics, please notify my so I can change the locations in the links! If I find the graphics missing, both sites will be removed from the links without notification.
