Rosie's Page

Chico and Rosie,

two little dogs with BIG hearts.

I came home with Chico..a tiny little guy. Granny said," Let's see this dog!" and I brought him out of my jacket in my hand. "Why that's not like a dog at all." It was love at first sight and she loved that little guy like you wouldn't believe.

I began my love then too of small dogs, easier to take with, easier to have as a lap dog.

I later got Mom's Chihuahua, Senorita Rosita Conchita Carmella Bow-Wow. She was the sweetest little dog. Everyone has the idea that little dogs are yappy and nippy, but Rosie wasn't. She liked little kids and when I was a chaperone for school, Rosie would go with me and the kids would pass her up and down the isles, sharing the class pet.

When Mom still had Rosie and Granny was sick, we snuck Rose up to cheer up Granny in the hospital. A hint for others, don't use a plastic or paper sack. (RATTLE, RATTLE,RATLLE) I recogmend a canvas bag.

One time Mom& Daddy werin Luther College and a storm came up causing Rosie to hide, she chose the dorm laundry room. While Daddy and Mom were despertly hunting for her, Rosie was enjoyingthe total attention of several cooing co-eds. No dummy, our Rose! Click to return to ZV's page.
