FOURTH GENERATION

Solomon "Sol" Potter was born on 30 Mar 1869.

Solomon Potter died on 20 Feb 1925. Solomon always wore a black suit, white shirt and highly polished shoes; Our Paw James Potter would laugh and say "Sol wants to be President".

The 1910 Pike County Census records the following information on Solomon Potter family which list they had been married for 13 years at the time the census was taken on 27 Apr 1910. It was the second marriage for both Solomon and Liza:

Solomom Potter was married to Cora L. Wallis on 15 Jul 1894 in Dickenson Co., VA. Cora L. Wallis was born in 1878 in Pike County, Kentucky.

Solomon Potter was married to Eliza Keen on 18 Apr 1898. Eliza Keen was born on 15 Sep 1883 in Buchanan Co, VA. She died on 14 Dec 1914.
