George W. Potter married second Elizabeth Breeding (daughter of Noah Breeding and Cynthia Unknown) on 30 Oct 1902 in Buchanan Co, VA.Elizabeth Breeding was born in 1886 in Pike County, Kentucky. Elizabeth (Breeding) Potter married Charlie Vanover and moved to W. Virginia after George W. Potter died. Charlie Vanover's son Russell married Pearl Potter (daughter of G. W. and Elizabeth Breeding Potter ). They also lived in W. Virginia. George Washington Potter and Elizabeth Breeding had the following children:
