Billy Loren Williams was born in Elkhorn City, Ky.
He graduated from Elkhorn City High School and the Vocational School in Paintsville, Kentucky. He is a retired draftsman for the state of Kentucky. He was instrumental in planning and desigining the Cut Through Project in Pikeville, Kentucky. The Photo at the right is Billy and his sister Letha c. 1952. He is currently working on family projects including the Potter family link to the James - Younger brothers.
