Ingredients
Stove Cooking
Generously flour and brown chicken in vegetable oil. Add and stir-fry carrots, onion, celery, potato and mushrooms until all well-mixed. Sprinkle lightly with Lawry's salt, salt, and pepper. Pour broth over mixture. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Crockpot Cooking
Place all ingredients into crockpot without browning or stir-frying. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
