Ingredients
Melt Crisco in large skillet to about 1/2-1 inch deep to about 365 degrees. Blend egg and milk. In separate bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika, poultry seasoning and pepper. Dip chicken piece in the milk/egg mixture and then into the flour mixture. Brown chicken in oil, turning occasionally. Continue cooking chicken until golden brown. Drain chicken on paper towels.
