Ham-Stuffed French Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked ham,finely chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons ripe black olives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 6 French rolls
Combine and mix ham, eggs, onion, olives, mustard, relish, cheese, and
mayonnaise. Cut off tops of one end of each roll; scoop out most of soft
center. Fill rolls with ham mixture. Replace top or end of roll. Place filled
rolls in a crockpot. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Rolls may be kept hot and
served from pot.
