Ingredients
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add 1 package of season mix from noodle package. Saute chicken until nearly done, then add vegetables and 1/2 inch of water to skillet. Cover and steam 10-15 minutes until vegetable are crisp-tender (can use aluminum foil to cover skillet), stirring occasionally. In saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Break up Ramen Noodles and add to boiling water. Cook 3 minutes. Drain. Add remaining season mix to noodles. Stir noodles into chicken and vegetable mix.
