Tortilla Casserole

 

Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook beef and onion in a nonstick frying pan until nicely brown. Remove from heat & stir in beans, bell peppers, & chile peppers.

2. Place one tortilla & 2 tortilla halves in bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Spread at least 3 tablespoons of salsa over tortillas, then 1/3 of the beef/been mixture, and 1/3 of the grated cheese. Repeat with another layer of the same.

3. Top with the remaining tortillas. Add the sour cream. Then top with remaining salsa & beef/bean mixture & cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
