MONTHLY RECIPE

Because I was late in getting this months recipe up....it will stay up for the remainder of April and through the month of May.

"BELLE'S CHOCOLATE MOUSSE"

Submitted by our friend "Belle"

Belle says this is simple but....mmmmmmm....delicious
It tastes best if it is made one day before serving.


You will need:
3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 ounces of sugar
2 egg whites
2 pints of heavy whipping cream
Preparation

Melt the chocolate together THOROUGHLY

Whip 1 pint of the whipping cream, adding the sugar, until stiff

Whip the egg whites until very stiff.

Combine and chill!!

Before serving...whip the second pint of whipping cream with sugar and vanilla to taste and top mousse with it.
