The Trefoil Guild is a non-uniformed part of the Guide Movement which brings together people with an interest in Guiding for fun and friendship.

Full members of the Trefoil Guild are also members of the International Scout and Guide Fellowship, an organisation for adults.

Who can join?

Membership is open to anyone over 18 years old who has made the Guide or Scout Promise, or who makes the Guide Promise.
Affiliated membership is open to those who agree with the aims of the movement but are unable to make the Promise.
Those who hold a Guide or Scout Association Warrant or Appointment Card may become Associate Members.

What are our aims?


Local News

Members of South Portsmouth Trefoil Guild have recently been to the Trefoil Guild AGM in Torquay. The main speaker was the editor of the Trefoil magazine.

The County Trefoil AGM was recently held at Sandy Acres.

The Trefoil Guild is involved with a service project organised by the Rotary - collecting "Aquaboxes" for use in disaster areas of the world. These boxes are water filters which will be filled with other useful items such as clothes, shelter, cooking equipment and hygiene equipment and sent to areas of the world where there is a need.
