Aaron's CVS Page

Strawberry Fields Forever
The Beatles

Hi and welcome to my CVS portion of my Page. I would like to tell you a little bit about me . I am a 14 year old male with CVS. I am still active in a semi-normal life as most of the CVS patients can live. Life has been really hard for the past 3 years to 4 years of my life. The reason it was hard from me is because of all the test, doctor visits and most of all the hospitalizations.

Most of the CVS kids are the same way. Some of us including our families live in fear of the next time we get sick. I know I am one of those. My family can't make "solid" plans for us to go places so as not to make me feel as even though I am sick I still have to go.

School is really hard. Most of the kids think I am lucky because I don't go to school every day like they do , but what they are missing is when I come back I have to do twice the work that they do in a normal so I can ask the teachers questions, and that way I can try to keep up. But I can't always do it.

I started that when I get sick I quit eating, and drink little sips at a time. Life is hard for me and my family. Who am I kidding it is hard on all the CVS kids and their families too.

You know I don't really know what it would be like to be a normal healthy kid. But I don't let this illness get me down. Because only losers who don't want to fight let illnesses get them down, and to me it isn't worth it.

Please go to the CVSA and CVS website to get more information on CVS. And please tell a friend or your family about my illness to help all CVS kids across the nation get the word out. Please sign my Guest book and come again.
