This is a page template placed in a table to force computers to see it the same width you do to keep your design integerty in place. It comes with meta tags so it won't place your page in the viewers browser caché and they will see your latest changes to it, when they return, without having to reload the page. It has a frames break code in it so if someone puts your page in their frames it will automaticly break your page out of their frames. At the bottom of the page is a "BACK" key when clicked on will take the viewer back to the last page they came from. You may remove any of these features if you wish, they are not necessary but very nice to have. Be sure when you paste it in your editor the cursor is in the very first space of the uppermost left hand corner. Then when you paste it scroll up to double check there are no line spaces or spaces before the html tag. Enjoy!
