Oriental Cole Slaw

1/2 cabbage
1 small package almond slices (toasted)
3 Tbls. sesame seed
1 pkg. Ramen Noodle Soup Chicken Flavor - crush
3 green onions - all of them
----------
Mix above in large bowl. Mix the following and pour over above. Serve immediately.

1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar (regular or rice vinegar)
1/3 cup sugar

Fruit Salad

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup coconut (optional)
2 cups miniature marshmellows
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup sour cream
----------
Combine all in large bowl, mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Pineapple-Cream Cheese Salad

1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juices)
1 cup sugar or Nutra Sweet
1 3-ounce package orange gelatin
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk, chilled

Combine undrained pineapple and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add cream cheese; mix well. Let stand until cool. Beat ice-cold evaporated milk in cold mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold into gelatin mixture. Spoon into serving dish. Chill until firm. May substitute lemon or lime gelatin for orange gelatin.

Fruit Salad

2 20-ounce cans pineapple chunks
2 16-ounce cans mixed fruit
2 17-ounce cans apricots, chopped
2 16-ounce cans peaches, chopped
2 16-ounce cans pears, chopped
3 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges
1 3-ounce package tapioca pudding mix
Sliced bananas
1 3-ounce package vanilla instant pudding mix

Drain canned fruits, reserving liquids. Prepare tapioca pudding mix with 2 cups reserved liquid using package directions. Let stand until cool. Pour over banana slices in bowl; toss until coated. Prepare vanilla pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups reserved liquid using package directions. Combine vanilla pudding, banana mixture and drained fruits in bowl; mix well. Chill for 12 hours.
