and I doubt that they will lend it out overseas.
And it is worth the hunt, it is a real treasure for those fortunate enough to have a link

2. Local History and Genealogy Reading Room at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.
3. UC Berkeley's Main library (?)
4. The University Library in Oslo, Norway, where I have had the chance to study it.
5. Sveriges Släktforskarförbund office in Gothenborough, Sweden (at least some bands).
