Mary was born in 1798 the daughter of Richard Martin. She married Jonathan Taylor on 25 November 1819 in Geauga Co, OH. They had the following children: Lucinda, John, Abijah P., born ca. 1830, William, born ca. 1832, Alonzo, born ca 1835, Richard Van Buren, born 23 December 1836, Olive, born ca. 1839, Mary, born ca. 1840, and Jonathan Jr., born ca. 1845. In the 1850, 1860 and 1870 census, she is listed with Jonathan Taylor in Leroy Twp, Lake Co, OH. Mary died in 1881 in Ohio.
