5 bananas, just about ripe
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Peel the bananas, cut them in half and then in quarters.
2. Bring coconut milk to a boil, add bananas. Once the bananas begin to soften, add sugar and salt.
3. When serving add coconut cream on top for decoration.
