Chicken Cilantro

This is my version of a Mexican dish I tasted a while back.

Ingredients

1 cilantro plant, without root
3-4 cloves of garlic, smashed and peeled
ground white pepper
juice of 2 limes
Goya's Sazon powder
1 medium white or yellow onion, sliced
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips
Goya's Adobo powder

Preparation

In a small food processor, puree together the first five ingredients.

Add to chicken strips and stir, making sure marinade is spread well.

Heat up a frying pan and pour in about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Stir in onion and cook until tender. Pour into a bowl and set it aside.

Add chicken into frying pan and cook until just about done. Stir in onion.

Season with Goya's Adobo powder. Eat fajita-style or serve over white rice.

Will serve 2-4 people.
