1 lb. whole oysters
2 eggs
1-2 scallions, slice medium thin
2-3 tbsps fish sauce
1 tbsp corn starch or tapioca flour diluted in water
white pepper
1. In a frying pan heat 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil.
2. Crack in eggs and then add oysters and scallions, stir to coat oysters.
3. Add fish sauce and thicken dish with cornstarch and water.
4. Dust lightly with white pepper and serve with Siracha hot sauce.
