Kanom Kai
3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
butter or margaring
1. Beat eggs and gently add sugar until all is used up and the eggs are fluffy and whitish in color (15-20 minutes), add vanilla.
2. Gently add the flour, stirring in one direction until all the flour is mixed in and the flour and eggs are well mixed.
3. Cover the tins with margarine or butter and fill 3/4 of the tin with the batter. Bake at medium heat until golden brown. Remove from the tins and let cool.
