Pad Ped Tua Fak Yao - Yard Long Bean & Red Curry

1 lb. yard long or green beans cut into 2 inch pieces
1/3 or 1/2 cup ground pork or turkey
1-2 tbsp red curry paste (Mae Sri or Mae Ploy brand)
3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
2-3 tsps sugar
2-3 tbsps oyster sauce
2-3 tbsps fish sauce

1. In frying pan brown garlic and meat.
2. Add in beans and cook until turned bright green.
3. Stir in curry paste, making sure mixed thoroughly with meat and beans.
4. Add oyster sauce, then fish sauce and sugar to taste.

Serves 4
