Dear Friends and Family,

Just a quick note to ask for your prayer support.  I know that you have all
heard of the devastation brought by Hurricane Mitch here in Central
America, particularly in Hondurus and Nicaragua.  There has been some
problem in areas of Costa Rica, but all is well here in San Jose, where we
are.

The tragedy that has struck so many lives is incredible.  Two of the ladies
that work at the orphanage here in San Jose are from Nicaragua.  One of
them has contacted her familiy,  but the other has not been able to find
her children or her mother.  She doesn't know if they are alive or dead.
She is devastated.  We are trying to help her, but it is difficult.  Please
help us pray that God would intervene in her situation and help her find
her family.  Her name is Paula.  There are so many tragedies.  Please pray
for these people who have lost so much.
