MUSTARD SAUCE, MICROWAVE

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce

Melt butter in a 3-cup glass container, at high for 45 seconds.
Add flour to make a paste. While stirring add milk.
Bake at level 10 for 1 minute, then add salt, pepper, mustard and Worchestershire sauce.
Mix well and bake for 2 minutes at level 10.
Serve over vegetables.
