Your site must meet these simple guidelines (If your site does not meet these guidelines, please don't apply):

1. NO XXX Rated sites...or XX or even just X.
2. NO commercial sites.
3. No sites promoting bigotry, hatred, or violence of any type.
4. Kids' sites should OBVIOUSLY be especially for kids. *duh*
5. No UNDER CONSTRUCTION signs.
6. Should be easy to navigate...that means I shouldn't have to hit the BACK button fifty times to get around your pages.
7. Loading times will be taken into consideration, but will not PER SE disqualify you. I know how long it can take for gorgeous images to load. Many are well worth the wait. :o)
8. Since it IS my award, I have to like the site. But I'm pretty easy to impress. :o)
